RV is boutique agency specialising in selling village and rural property.

We are trusted advisors, looking after a relatively small number of clients at any one time. As a result we are able to offer a very personal service, coupled with straight talking advice and absolute discretion. We are based in our contemporary office “The Loft” just off Tisbury High St and broadly cover an hour radius from here (please see our area guides). At Rural View we do not take on business for the sake of gaining market share, but based upon what buyers come to us for and what we know we can sell well for our clients.

For nearly two decades the firm has established an exceptional track record of rural property sales drawn from over 100 years of agency experience (within the team) in both the London & Country markets. Charlie Stone leads the country house sales side of the business. For many years he was a Director at Savills and Head of Country Houses locally, bringing with him an extensive track record of prime market sales. He has been matching people to prime property for 25 years.

Charlie Graham & Mark Matthews are our residential sales Directors and, having lived on the patch for over 30 years, know the area intimately. Prior to establishing Rural View in 2008, Charlie Graham worked on the buying side with Property Vision & The County Home Search Company, while Mark ran the successful Humberts office in Shaftesbury. More recently Lizzie Ball has joined us, living in North Dorset and having considerable sales and client care skills built up over 25 years of working for a national firm of agents.
